What’s CrossFit ?

« CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity”. This method is aimed to develop the 10 following skills : Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strenght, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy.
To be more pracitical, we combine various training techniques such as athletics, weight lifting and gymnastics to develop your fitness level.
Nevertheless, we find this definition quite reductive. For us, CrossFit is much more than a training method !
Indeed, it has become a sport on oneself that advocates values as community, team spirit, and aspiring to the next level for oneself.

The best way to understand and share our passion for this awesome sport is simply to try it inside a CrossFit Box ! The way you’ll feel in this amazing atmosphere is specific to CrossFit.

Who is right for CrossFit?

You could be a penguin or a lion. You could come just to train and to take your health back on track. Or, just to have a good time with friends ! CrossFit is made for you !
CrossFit might be scary at first sight. You could believe that you don’t have the physical conditioning needed and that you’re not sportive enough for this type of sport.
Think again ! The method is intended to be accessible to everyone !

The workouts and all the movements can be adapted to the capacity of each individual.
CrossFit aim is simply to make you fit and share it with an our awesome community.
