Personal Training is a private session with a coach. The objective could be any of the following or whatever your personalized goals might be.

  • Work on a specific skill : weight lifting, mobility, endurance, etc
  • Take the time to work on a specific movement or weaknesses.
  • Begin training again after an injury or surgery.
  • To specifically prepare for a sport.
  • o It is tailored to your requirements with the assistance of one or many of our awesome coaches.
